Michele Gerbino, Miralem Pjanic’s agent, has spoken to calciomercato.it about the rumors regarding the uncertain physical conditions of the Bosnian midfielder. These are his statements:
“There was a clearly defined program, Miralem has proved he is a great Pro player. He promised he would not play the first game, and not all 90 minutes against Lithuania, and so he did. Everyone has kept his promises: the coach of the Bosnia, the player and As Roma. There has never been any case. An extra weapon to Zeman’s arsenal? I hope so. I think yesterday Pjanic has proved to be very important for the team. Miralem is happy, also because he has held up well physically after all that good work done in Trigoria until Tuesday.”
Finally, the agent removes the player from the market: “I don’t look at him as a transferable player in January.“
